Eac Consulting Group are representing a forward thinking, Modern, publishing company who are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Planning Team Leader to join their growing team. Your main responsibilities as Retail Planning Team Leader will be to driver performance within your team and to ensure display layouts are made to a high standard.

Duties
  • As Team Leader you will need to implement effectiveness and productivity within the team.
  • Your Line Manager will be your first point of contact when raising issues.
  • Make informed decisions based upon market insights / competitor research as to how to improve display layouts to increase sales.
  • Ensure display layouts are made to a high standard and follow the merchandising guidelines.
  • As Retail Planning Team Leader, you will be responsible for validating display layouts before they are then distributed to key stakeholders.
  • Guaranteeing the correct data is received from publishers, on time and is stored accordingly.
  • As Retail Planning Team Leader, you will need to drive performance and provide support to the team in all aspects to ensure efficient but productive working.
  • As Team Leader you will need to liaise with key stakeholders / suppliers in a professional manner at all times.
  • Ensure communication is kept to a high standard and the appropriate members of staff are made aware of any concerns.
  • As Retail Planner Team Leader, it is important that you are proficient in your departments requirements and inner workings to assist them when needed.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Ideally have experience with Card Manager or Space Man.
  • An individual that has previously managed a team and drove performance.
  • A proactive mindset, as you will be constantly learning new things.
  • As Retail Planner Team Leader, you will need to have strong communication skills.
