This role will be responsible for the coordination and communication with retail group head offices, circulation managers and sales team members on all promotions, and invoices. As well as other administrative requests, ad-hoc activities and managing the internal range process for key retail groups.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Primary tasks will be to maintain/update/produce all key retailer information including:
  • Promotional activity schedules, Booking forms, Commercial trackers, Point of sale information, Retail group contact details and deadlines, Analysing retailers’ range changes
  • Managing retailer feedback process for ranges, other responsibilities will include: ensuring all detail is correct and entered on to relevant internal systems, processing all invoices and taking ownership to ensure all deadlines are met running sales reports and monitoring compliance levels
  • Supporting and playing an active role in any identified project groups working within the retail team or the wider business

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

  • Be analytical, highly literate and numerate, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Be computer literate with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Intermediate excel skills will be a distinct advantage
  • Good, clear communication in written and verbal form
  • Strong attention to detail and a tenacity to push activity through
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and work to tight time-tables

Please note:

Today, we’re happy to announce we’re working with the Welsh Government and Cardiff Council on a grant application which sees us opening a new office in Cardiff, this will begin with a three month trial which will involve hiring between twenty to sixty new staff in Cardiff. If the trial goes well, and the grant application is successful, our new Cardiff colleagues will be the first cohort in an office that we plan to grow over the next 5 years. If not, we will still guarantee roles with Future, either working remotely or in our other UK offices.
