Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week

Through a positive approach to both operational delivery and an exceptional customer experience you will build customer confidence in our colleagues and our brand. As an integral part of the management team you will support the business in all areas of key managing activity such as recruitment, coaching, mentoring, developing colleagues, and the day-to-day success and operation of the store.

Duties

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and consistent operation of the store

As an inspirational leader, you will have a team of over 100 employees who’s number one objective is maintaining our excellent service levels to our customers

You will be commercially astute and work alongside the General Manager to deliver initiatives to further improve our offering to the customer

Knowledge of the agricultural and countryside marketplace alongside an affinity with our vast product range would be an advantage

Ideally you will be an experienced manager from a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll need to have retail management and sound commercial experience, coupled with great customer engagement skills.
