They are now looking for a highly focused, organised and professional new starter with strong communication & negotiation skills and the ability to build robust relationships with retailers. The purpose of the Junior Project Management role is to deliver exceptional customer service through customer loyalty and sales growth.

    Your Role Will Involve
    • Successfully supporting Project Managers and project managing your own retail customer briefs from validating proposals, budgeting, sourcing, negotiating, manufacturing and delivering on time to a high standard
    • Managing critical paths, often working on briefs 6 months to a year in advance
    • Proactively building turnover and margin by developing customer specific consumer product roadmaps and forecasts
    • Creating innovative and customer focused product proposals
    • Managing the process from order to delivery
    • Carrying out market research and store visits and cost research with suppliers
    • Supporting on administration tasks on all projects, supporting live projects and orders
    • Taking on smaller simple repeat orders
    • Carrying out regular critical path related meetings with colleagues
    • Problem solving issues as needed to ensure smooth execution
    You Will Be The Ideal Candidate Due To Your
    • Degree in a relevant discipline, such as buying/merchandising with a retail/FMCG/consumer product focus
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Confidence, drive & passion
    • Self-motivation, focus and ability to work well as part of a team
