Hours of Work:20 hours per week, working from 1.30pm to 5.30pm, 5 out of 7 days per week

Salary: Starting from £9.60 (Ages under 19: £8.45) with the ability to earn more through experience and gaining qualifications such as Forklift, First Aid and RAMA (AMTRA)

What it takes to be a Customer Service Assistant at Mole Country Stores:

Your experience tells a story, but your honest attitude speaks louder still. We want you to put customers first and provide a fantastic shopping experience. You’ll be confident and engaging, motivated in everything you do and are knowledgeable about our products. We’ll teach you the rest!

What you will be doing:

The Customer Service Assistant provide the greatest experience, whether that is serving on the tills, loading goods into customer’s vehicles and checking deliveries, you’ll play an important part in the successful operation of the store. You’ll also be checking stock rotation and maintaining the Warehouse/yard compound layout. Come rain or shine, this position keeps moving and if you take pride in what you do, our customers will notice and will love us all the more for it.

Please note, due to the nature of our products, this position will involve regular manual handling and heavy lifting (weights of up to 25kg).
