Restoration Manager / Regional Field ManagerInsurance Restoration WorksSouth Wales / South WestPermanent role£45,000 (plus car/allowance)We are looking for an experienced Restoration Manager / Contracts Manager / Regional Field Manager to take on the responsibility for a team of restoration technicians in the South Wales / Bristol / Exeter area.Job Role And ResponsibilitiesThis role will suit an experienced Restoration professional with staff-management experience who has worked within the insurance repairs industry. The successful candidate will need to live in or around the South Wakes area and be prepared to travel to cover the Bristol / Exeter area as well.Responsibilities
  • Staff management reactive restoration teams (cleaning, drying, strip-out works)
  • Performance management
  • Ensure projects are programmed/scheduled effectively and profit margins are achievable
  • KPI / SLA management
  • Investigation and resolution of complaints
  • Recruitment of staff (restoration technicians)
  • Ensure all claims are fully managed and progressing to time and within budget
  • Oversight of Health & Safety, reviewing compliance and audit reports
  • Ensuring good relationships are maintained with loss adjusters, policyholders etc.
