The Hotel Business is back up and running!! Smart Recruitment are seeking a Restaurant team member for an award winning luxury hotel based in North Dorset.

You will be working with a motivated team of professionals who are fully dedicated to providing a first class experience to their guests. They are looking to add to their restaurant team and looking for a new team member.

They are looking for someone who is interested in all aspects of restaurant life, service, food and wine.

You will have:

  • Restaurant experience
  • Be well organised
  • Open to learning their menu’s, food and wine
  • Be enthusiastic, engaging and approachable
  • Able to interact with guests

You will need to be able to work week days, weekends, Christmas / NY, and bank holidays.

You will work on a shift pattern, working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 07.00am – 11.00pm

This is a full time permanent role attracting a salary of £19-20k pa
