Restaurant supervisor

Duties:

- To assist the manager in all aspects of the food and drinks service including:

  • Running the dining area ensuring all customers are looked after
  • Manage the bar when required
  • Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to an immaculate standard
  • Stock rotation
  • Training of junior staff
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of all menu items

Experience:

- Previous experience as a bar or restaurant supervisor
- Strong drinks knowledge
- Familiarity with food production processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
