Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Bartenders, Receptioninsts, Waiters and Commis Waiters at Essense at The Pantiles. Located in Royal Tunbridge Wells, the Bartender will be responsible for greeting customers, taking bar orders, mixing, and serving drinks. The Bartender will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, checking the stock and making orders when necessary, and handling cash transactions.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in bartending, reception, waiting or food and beverage service
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, beer, and spirits
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in UK
