Location – Bridlington

We are looking for passionate, motivated, and personable restaurant manager for a high-volume casual dining venue that is commutable from Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey & Driffield, which also offers the opportunity to live on site on a full-time basis for £190.00 per month all bills included. The suitable candidate would have previous experience in the management of a fast-paced high-volume restaurant and understand not only the management of staff, but the forecasting of revenue based on staffing levels along with been the face of the restaurant on site. There are some great benefits and a clear understanding of internal progression within the group along with the chance to earn a 10% yearly bonus and not working over Christmas & New Year!

Role:

· Responsible for the hands-on day to day running and operation of the restaurant.

· Interaction with guests daily making sure customers is engaged & happy.

· Recruiting, training & personal development of the existing staff and all new starters

· Working to wage budgets & projections of turnover to make sure the restaurant is running effectively.

· Working in conjunction with the Head Chef whilst managing shift leaders

· Attending group wide training events on a yearly basis

· Reporting into the F&B Manager and been part of Senior management meetings as and when required

· Completing Duty Manager shifts for the complex and ensuring it s closed correctly at the end of the night.

Requirements:

· Previous restaurant management experience within a high volume, casual dining venue

· Understand wage forecasting and turnover projections and been able to oversee this.

· Confident in the management and recruitment of a team

· Available to start ASAP and be ready for the start of the new season.

· Either access to transport or willingness to live on site and complete a variety of day and evening shift patterns
