We are currently looking to recruit for a Restaurant Manager to join our friendly professional team in our busy award-winning restaurant in Bidborough just outside Royal Tunbridge Wells.

We are looking for talented people who are passionate about food service and the industry. In return for your service we can offer great rates of pay and a generous percentage of the gratuities. you will be responsible for:

Managing and driving your team to deliver exceptional results from arrival to departure

Demonstrate your strong people management and leadership skills to ensure the guest journey is second to none.

You will become part of the duty management team which will include responding to guest queries and complaints.

Making sure the bar and restaurant are properly staffed and performing in line with company expectation.

Dealing with daily reservations, large bookings and managing various events and functions.

Salary up to £35,000 per annum including share of the tips

The Kentish Hare is an award-winning restaurant with two AA Rosettes and was awarded with a Bib Gourmand by the highly respected Michelin guide in 2021. More recently we were placed 13th in the Estrella Damm Top 50 GastroPubs awards, which was a huge climb from #28 in 2020. We are situated in the picturesque Kent village of Bidborough and opened in May 2014 with the Tanner Brothers, James and Chris at the helm.
