The property boasts 40 beautiful bedrooms, majestic views and a rosette awarded restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager looking to further enhance their career within the luxury hotel market. The award winning restaurant combines classic style fine dining with modern, contemporary British dishes. Main Responsibilities: Working with the Management team to ensure excellent levels of service and standards at all times To ensure that all guests expectations are met and exceeded To recruit, train and motivate a professional team To oversee organisation of staff rotas To work within the business budgets To work with and ensure compliance of all health and safety policies The successful candidate will be a proven Restaurant Manager with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills having ideally worked within a Red Star or Rosette awarded restaurant background.
