ROLE: Floor/Restaurant Manager LOCATION: Lymington SALARY: up to £33,000.00 HOURS: F/T Do you want to join a team in a stunning members club in Lymington, serving beautifully elegant food? Are you all about offering the best customer service and getting the most out of your team? If so, we want to hear from you We are looking for a charismatic individual with a restaurant background. You will be client-focused and work well within a busy dining environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The restaurant manager will be the face of the restaurant whilst upholding excellent service and attention to detail.
  • Act as a role model for team members and deliver service excellence at all times.
  • To ensure that the restaurant operates within strict health and safety guidance at all times.
  • The restaurant manager will work well under pressure and remain professional whilst overseeing up to 200 covers at any one sitting.
  • To support with recruitment, upskilling and development of team members
  • Your personality will be engaging and welcoming
  • Have a passion for food and beverage.
