One of the most highly regarded family owned hotel businesses in the region is looking to appoint a Restaurant Manager to their 4-star, 2 AA rosette award-winning property close to Penrith.

Your New Job
  • Working with the Management team to ensure excellent levels of service and standards at all times
  • Ensure that all guests expectations are met and exceeded
  • Help recruit, train and motivate a professional team
  • Oversee organisation of staff rotas
  • Work within the business budgets
  • Work with and ensure compliance of all health and safety policies
  • Delight customers
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints


About You

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar within a quality hotel or restaurant
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
