Up-and-coming seafood restaurant Palomar on Gloucester Road has a vacancy for a full time Restaurant Manager.

The right applicant needs to be self motivated, reliable and a strong team player with at least 1 years experience in hospitality management. The candidate must excel under pressure and be quick on their feet, with confidence dealing with all aspects of customer service. Trustworthy, honest, reliable and a bubbly personality is a must for this role as we like to create a friendly and professional environment for our customers.

For this role you need to be experienced in all aspects of hospitality and management including the open/close of the site; cash handling, stock maintenance, effectively managing and organising a team of staff, working together as part of the management team.

Bar and wine experience is desirable but not essential.

This position is full-time hours of varying shifts including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
