Do you know the difference between a Schedule of Rates and a Schedule of Work – if you do then this role may be for you!

You will be responsible for ensuring we deliver a high quality, efficient and safe repairs and maintenance service to our properties. You will be able to survey and specify works, instructing and monitoring the performance of contractors, administering contracts and ensuring that customers are kept informed at all times. You will manage your own budget and monitor spend ensuring we achieve value for money and get the balance right between repair and replacement. You will have a good working knowledge of maintenance and property maintenance and health and safety working practices. If you have a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and equally enjoy working with customers and contractors this role is for you. The successful candidate will also possess strong written and verbal communication, time management, organisational, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office packages to a high standard.
