    Job- Resource Planner

    Location- Nottingham, NG10

    Working in our Long Eaton resource office, you will be part of our day resource team, providing support and assistance for our field colleagues.

    Hours- 12 hour shifts on a rotating 4 on/4 off shift pattern

    Description- This role is working specifically within our Retail Division, which offers both Retailer and Product Vendors alike, end to end solutions for the installation and merchandising of their stores/product. This includes, but not limited to, Site/Project/Programme Management, Equipment/Stock Consolidation Services, Delivery, Installation and Merchandising services, all available as stand-alone offers or a bespoke combination to suit our customer’s needs.

    What you will be doing?
  • Dealing with colleague queries and complaints/Issues
  • Schedule resource in line with customer requests
  • Reacting to customer demand and new requests
  • Liaise with Account Managers and Resource Manager to ensure all jobs are filled with correct skill level and cost effectively
  • Source suitable CVs / candidates using online portals and advertisements
  • Develop relations with candidates and grow a strong candidate database
