Applications are invited for the role of Resource Manager.

Essentially the role is to manage the work flow and progression of welding and fabricating jobs, working to customer time frames ensuring all materials, consumables and the support infrastructure is in place. Any welding or fabrication experience would be advantageous but not essential. There are administrative tasks to be undertaken as well as the ability to ensure health and safety and quality standards are all first class. The role involves managing a team of welders so strong management experience is essential.
