Job role; Recruitment Resourcer

Location; Rochdale – free parking available

Salary; circa £18,000 – £22,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Working Hours – 8:30am – 6pm Monday -Thursday 8:30am – 4pm Friday

Benefits – onsite parking, generous bonus scheme, team nights out, Starbucks, team breakfasts and dress down Fridays

We currently have a requirement at Recruitment Solutions NW Ltd for a Recruitment Resourcer to help in resourcing with our busy and growing Team! This is a role in which you can build yourself a career – we will train you to work across all areas of Recruitment!!!

As we look to expand, we are looking for a driven individual who wants to learn the world of Recruitment – attitude / drive is key in the role, but full training will be offered. We’re a friendly bunch and all have a real passion for what we do!!

Some form of Recruitment experience would be beneficial, but we will look at candidates who has some strong Customer Service / Administrative skills who are looking to break into Recruitment – this is more about having the right attitude / approach.

Daily duties for the Recruitment Resourcer will include;

  • Calling and interviewing Candidates for jobs
  • Accurate and efficient Administration work – creating CVs to be sent to Clients
  • Arranging interviews and assisting Consultants with interview prep for candidates
  • Spotting leads and passing relevant information to consultants
  • Creating and posting job adverts
  • Keeping the Candidate database always updated
  • Efficient use of Job boards for sourcing suitable candidates for jobs

Must haves;

  • Drive and the willingness to learn
  • A good telephone manner
  • Able to build / maintain solid working relationships
