We are seeking an experienced, energetic, driven, hands on manager to join our Park Life Resorts team within our growing company. You are primarily focused on providing excellent customer service. You enjoy motivating and developing a team and can maintain 5 food hygiene standards whilst ensuring the consistent growth of our food and beverage business within Park Life Resorts Watermouth Lodges. You will take full reins in developing the restaurant, food and beverage offer throughout the Resort and maximise revenue potential in a challenging environment where footfall fluctuates heavily. You can create an environment of high operational standards, while also making your restaurant an enjoyable place to work and visit. Responsible for the day-to-day operation, internal auditing, training, coaching and marketing of the restaurant at Watermouth Lodges, you will work alongside the head chef, housekeeping and guest relations managers to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re ambitious and looking for a rewarding challenge where no two days are the same then this job is for you. We are looking for someone with good management experience, who takes pride in what they do day to day, insists on outstanding customer service, motivated by success and someone who is a pleasure to work with. Experience of operating/managing a restaurant is essential together with the availability to work weekends and evenings. You must be able to manage your workload to allow for the busy summer months and quiet winter season.
