Small Residential settings, offering a warm and friendly place called home to young adults and adults with various physical disabilities, Autism Disorder and Learning Disabilities with a mild challenging behaviour.

Who are you as a person and have you got what it takes to become a Residential Support Worker:

You will be kind and caring person who loves interacting with people who wouldn’t let their disabilities to get in their way in order to live a happy life.

You will not only be their support worker, encouraging and assisting with personal care, you will also become a significant part of their everyday life participating in various activities and organising daily outings. Our residents are very outgoing people enjoying swimming, pubs, music festivals, playing games, going to the cinema, bowling or simply going for a nice walk or stay at home and watch movie.

This is a very dynamic and rewarding role for Residential Support Worker with or without previous experience in care/support line of work.

We will be looking for the right applicant to have a genuine interest in care line of work as well as the right attitude. We firmly believe these two attributes are something we cannot teach you, for everything else, an excellent, fully paid training and induction is provided by our reputable client - forward thinking charity trust.
