Experienced residential estate agent required, in customer-facing position, must have minimum 12 months experience in estate agency. Good communication skills required, well presented, computer literate, ability to work both as part of a team and unsupervised, able to work under pressure, available to work on Saturdays as well as some weekdays. Experience of negotiating offers, progressing sales, chasing conveyancers, dealing with problems with survey results, incomplete chains etc, providing excellent customer service, car owner required.
