Residential Property Paralegals (Residential Property Paralegal to Mover Conveyancer Programme)We are offering a unique opportunity for experienced Residential Property Paralegals within residential conveyancing, to transition to a Conveyancer role - we provide full training. You will be remotely based however will need to be within commuting distance to one of our sites based in; Leicester, Northampton, Manchester, Southport, Newcastle, St Ives, and Market Harborough.

We are looking for experienced Residential Property Paralegals who have had exposure of supporting or carrying a caseload. This exciting opportunity will provide you with comprehensive training that will allow you to join our team as a transactional mover conveyancer, managing your own portfolio. Once on team this training will continue as you progress through the various levels at your own pace.
Training will be delivered by our award-winning Learning and Development Academy. Once you join a conveyancing team you will quickly gain experience across a diverse range of cases - something that Simplify can uniquely offer, due to its market leading position. Your portfolio may include freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.
The Role - Following Training
Manage a portfolio of cases
Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines
Provide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates
Build strong relationships, with clients and third parties communicating effectively through your delivery
Deal with legal enquiries
Resolve issues to ensure excellent client service is delivered
The Person
A natural self-starter with the ability to be flexible and empathetic to deliver client needs
Previous experience as a Residential Paralegal supporting or carrying a portfolio of cases
Ambitious and able to follow a syllabus of learning and apply knowledge learnt
Ability to prioritise and adapt to meet client and business needs
Excellent verbal and numerical skills
Flexible and able to independently judge potential situations, identify and decide on courses of action
