This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee all aspects of a Lettings Agency. As a Lettings Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running and operational tasks of the full managed lettings portfolio.

You will implement policies and procedures related to the development and maintenance of residential properties. You will analyze client concerns and act as a liaison between our real estate agents and other staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of accommodation for prospective tenants.
• Provide information about the property owner to prospective tenants.
• Maintain the security of the properties.
• Manage maintenace and keep outstanding repairs to a minimum in a timely manner

The Ideal Candidate will have skills in the following areas:

• 5+ Years experience in lettings and property management and knowledge of all the relevant legislation will be paramount.
• Preferred industry recognised qualification.
• High Standard of service and presentation
• Knowledge of the local area.
• Understanding and adherence to all letting’s compliance.
• Hardworking can-do attitude.
• Polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team but also be self-motivated and accountable for your own performance.
• Cross sales and recognising opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,500.00-£28,500.00 per year

Experience:

• Lettings Management: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• ARLA Level 3 Award in residential letting (preferred)
