Residential Labourer/Semi-Skilled labourer

Contract:Full time, Live-in position

Hours: 40 hrs a week; Monday – Friday with some weekend cover on rotation

Salary: £20K-£26K - Depending on experience

Location: Buxton

We are looking to appoint a labourer/Semi-Skilled labourer, to our friendly and supportive company, who shares our values and can contribute to our building projects. Accommodation will be provided off-site, weekend cover will be required on rotation. This post could suit an experienced builder or someone who wishes to be learn the trade.

Some of the duties will include:

· To assist and work alongside the builders on diverse projects

· To assist with animal management as required

Essential:

· Applicants would require a full clean driving license

· Applicants should be self-motivated, trustworthy, an excellent timekeeper and have a willingness to work as both part of a team and as an individual

· Must be flexible and adaptable to change

· Must like animals and be of a considerate nature

Desirable:

· Experience operating a dumper and digger truck

· Knowledge of brickwork, plastering, carpentry and roofing

· Work on building sites or a farm

· Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety standards and procedures
