A well-established, family-run practice is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join them at their office in Wilmslow.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll work closely alongside a residential conveyancer, providing administrative support.

Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary – Wilmslow

The Company & Role
  • A forward-thinking regional law firm with solid growth plans and 5 offices in Manchester and Cheshire
  • You’ll assist colleagues with tasks including audio typing, taking telephone calls, managing files and dealing with messages from clients
  • Commutable from Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Altrincham, Stockport and Cheadle

The ideal candidate
  • A Legal Secretary with experience working alongside a residential conveyancer
  • Will be familiar with SDLT and the Land Registry
  • Will have a good telephone manner and be confident taking incoming calls and messages from clients
  • Will be well organised and have good time management skills
  • Will be committed to providing a high level of customer service
  • May have experience using a case management system, although this is not essential
