Our well established client is seeking an experienced residential Licenced conveyancer or CILEx to join their Sutton Coldfield office.

The successful candidate will have a solid residential conveyancing background and used to managing a high volume caseload including,

  • Freehold and leasehold
  • Buy-to-let
  • Remortgages
  • Land registration
  • Transfers of equity
