This long-established and friendly Somerset firm is looking for an experienced Residential Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy Residential Conveyancing Department in Wells or Street, Somerset. You will be offered a very competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, plus a discretionary bonus paid out twice per year. This is a full-time position with hybrid working.You will be able to work independently under your own initiative, as well as part of the wider team.You must be able to demonstrate current practical knowledge of the law relating to all aspects of residential property transactions including:
  • Leasehold and Freehold
  • Registered and Unregistered Properties
  • Sale and Purchase
  • Re-mortgage
  • New build
  • Right to buy
  • Help to buy
  • Shared ownership
  • Lease extensions
  • Deeds of variation
