We are working on exciting new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer within a fantastic law firm based in Stoke-On Trent. Our client has an excellent reputation and is currently going through a period of growth.

The successful applicant will have experience in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing as a fee earner and great knowledge of the industry. They will also have the ability to uphold the high standard of service that the firm is committed to delivering to their clients.

Duties

• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes and so on, from inception to completion
• Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
• Delivering a brilliant standard of service to every client
• Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You

• You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent client care skills
• Enthusiasm for the industry
• Proactive and self-motivated

• Annual salary up to £40,000
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
