Potential Candidate Must Have

Qualifications NVQ Level 5 in Childcare or Equivalent

DipSW or equivalent

NVQ Level 4 Leadership and Management

NVQ Level 3 and working towards higher achievement

At least 3 years experience working with children in the last 5 years and at least 1 year at senior level Supervision or management experience Working with children, young people and their families

Work in a residential setting Inter-agency work

Excellent opportunity of career progression from a Deputy to Residential Manager
