Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs. How we reward you We want our residents to have the best care possible, and therefore you’ll receive an exceptional rewards package including: Base salary £25,513.92.00 per annum (Inclusive of Sleep in Allowance) You’ll also get a £1,653.75 per annum Cost of Living Allowance Travel Allowance of up to £1,500 per annum** ‘Journey to Management’ programme – starting with your Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner with the ability to continue to your L5 Management qualification (all qualifications funded by us!)
