This role is working with a dynamic Property Company, seeking a Residential Asset Manager to optimise the value of their incredible central London portfolio, encompassing assets across the West End in exceptional locations.

  • You will join a forward-thinking team in one of the most prestigious companies in the UK - working on truly outstanding assets
  • The role will include refurbishments, regears, development, tenant negotiations, and more
  • You will need to be extremely hands on in your approach to adding value, and to meeting with tenants

We are seeking either a candidate from an existing Asset Management role with proven residential experience, or a strategically minded candidate from a residential role at a Consultancy.
