Full-time, across 5 days. Full flexibility required Mon- Sun.

£11 p/h

We’re on the lookout for stand-out Reservations Agent to join our fantastic team at Dishoom Babu House (Head Office). The ideal person for this role will embody the following requirements:


  • I bring Seva (Big-Heart and First-Class) to everything I do. I make sure our guests consistently receive world class service in a personal and warm way.
  • I look after our guests – listening to understand their wants and needs, finding ways to exceed their expectations and presenting solutions for the guests in the moment. I’m always looking out for my team and I support them in any way I can. I’m self-aware and I maintain the right state of mind to keep myself positive when under pressure.
  • I am our guests first impression of Dishoom and greet them professionally with warmth, welcoming them into our world and helping them to feel at ease. I am a great communicator, thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy engaging with guests over the phone, email/socials and chat.
  • I am an expert on Dishoom, our reservation policy, our menus and products and the best way we can accommodate any requests.
  • I follow clear step-by-step processes and confidently use our Reservations system ( Sevenrooms). I ensure guest details and specific information is always recorded in a first class and easy to understand way.
  • I take pride in finding solutions to guests needs, and assume responsibility for any issues I come across. I look for ways to fix issues once and for all and ask my manager for help when needed.
  • I make sure there is flawless communication between our guests and the rest of the teams. From sharing important information about dietary requirements, to keeping guests informed about anything that might affect their experience - I make sure everyone has the correct information and everyone is on the same page.
