Integrated Solutions are currently recruiting for a number of Replenishment Assistant roles for one of the UK’s largest supermarkets.

In this role as a Replenishment Assistant, you will be focused on the important task of replenishing stock across produce, fresh food and dry goods within the store. You will also support with customer service while on the shop floor. The correct training will be provided to ensure you learn everything you need to know.

You will be part of a close-knit, dedicated team, and will always have support on hand; but we will also trust you to use your own initiatives. It’s about being the difference to everyone around you.

What’s great is that you don’t need to bring any specific experience to this role - you just need to bring your best attitude to work. You’re friendly, you love helping people, and it really shows.

Duties will include:

  • Replenishing stock, while following best practice, processes and techniques
  • Knowing where products are located
  • Helping customers on the shop floor
  • Understanding stock rotation
  • Following safety procedures
