Think Community Partnership are delighted to be working with a leading provider of affordable housing in Birmingham to recruit for a Repairs Administrator.As part of the Repairs and Maintenance team, you will take responsibility for organising planned and reactive maintenance to the organisations housing stock.Overview
  • Immediate start
  • Permanent role
  • £25,000 PA
  • Birmingham office based
  • 35 hours per week
As a Repairs Administrator You Will Be Responsible For
  • Book appointments and allocate works to the available operatives.
  • Allocate most appropriate operative based on skills, qualifications and equipment to ensure first time fix to resident’s properties.
  • Work closely with Contracts manager, supervisors and clients to ensure reporting and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all relevant data is updated.
  • Arrange post inspections and follow ups
  • Processing certification of works
  • Coordinating materials for operatives
The Successful Repairs Administrator Will Need
  • Social Housing reactive repairs and contractor experience
  • Experience of using Impact Response planning system
  • IT skills, customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
