Job Title- Rent Arrears OfficerLocation-SeahamContract length- 3 months fixed termAnnual salary- 27,000Are you an income collection professional who is looking for valuable experience working within an established public sector organisation?If so, our client has an excellent opportunity for you?Responsiblities;
  • Provide excellent recovery and arrears advice and support to maximise collection recovery
  • Monitor tenants in order to take action when accounts fall into arrears
  • Provide support to customers in arrears by setting up affordable repayment plans in line with their income and expenditure
  • Set up direct debits and provide support to customers until payment patterns are established
About you;
  • Experience of income collection
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working within a local authority
