We’re looking for a highly motivated Administration Advisor (Renewals Co-Ordinator) to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in Birkenhead. As a Renewals Co-Ordinatoryou will provide tenancy renewals administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Renewals Co-Ordinator:

The main purpose of your role is to provide a tenancy renewalsservice to branches, landlords and tenants. You will seek client instructions and negotiate renewal terms and extensions of tenancies with landlords and tenants. Preparing new tenancy agreements, obtaining fees and chasing and executing documents and administering periodic tenancies.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Renewals Co-Ordinator:

  • Outstanding ;Customer Service and telephone skills
  • Solid negotiation and administration skills - ideally with some sales experience
  • Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems)

Our existing Renewals Co-Ordinator team comes from a diverse range of backgrounds including Customer Support, Call Centre, Residential Lettings, Retail, Sales, Hospitality, Leisure and Care sectors
