An exciting opportunity has arisen within our dynamic and fast paced Outpatient Team for a Renal ROPD Administrators. These roles will be part of an highly efficient team responsible for the overall running and administrative support of all outpatient clinics which take place on our Department including contact with patients attending clinic on our outpatient reception. The ideal candidates would need to be professional, hard working, reliable, able to work under pressure whilst continually providing excellent customer service as a front line member of the team. The candidates should also be able to work solely, and as part of an hard working team, to provide the best care for our patients.

We ask all applicants to have prior experience of working in an outpatient office, or similar, dealing with patient and customer queries and the ability to use initiative. Previous applicants need not apply. It is encouraged for interested applicants to contact the department for a tour and for further information.

Knowledge of the Portsmouth Hospital systems such as PAS would be essential, and knowledge of Microsoft office, including Microsoft word, outlook and excel would be essential. Previous experience within a patient facing environment would be essential to this role.
