  • Michelin, Rosette, Brasserie, Gastropub Lime Recruit are searching for passionate and enthusiastic Relief Chefs to join an ever-expanding chef desk. The Relief Chef role would suit a CDP/Jr Sous looking to shop about for their next role.   • At least 3 years previous Chef Experience
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 a minimum
  • Ability to multi- task and stay calm under pressure.
  • Well presented, good communication skills, enthusiastic.
  • Level 2 FSA certification
  • Previous rosette experience or working with fresh seasonal produce. The Role
  • £12 - £17 per hour paid weekly.
