BackgroundCurrently my client is looking for a strong Relief Chef to come on board and work with the brigade in this stunning four star hotel in Buckinghamshire. New updated kitchens with a stylish simple menu.
Role
- To assist the Head Chef with kitchen procedures in line with company policies, implementation of menus and all other aspects of kitchen management
- Effectively manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
- Develop, motivate and inspire your colleagues
- Ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly by optimising the use of materials and manpower
- To maintain that all kitchen operations fall in line with COSHH, HACCP and other food hygiene regulations
£20.00 per hour, guaranteed 50 hours per week, excellent live in accommodation
