For more information, visit Worley.comReliability & Maintenance EngineerUK basedWorley is continuing to grow its integrity & reliability team in the region and it’s therefore looking for Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to join our UK based team as staff.The successful candidates will join a fast-growing team and will have the opportunity to deliver and manage maintenance & reliability consultancy projects across a range of energy sectors.We are seeking a multi-tasking, self-motivated, enthusiastic, resilient, and tenacious individuals with a “can do” attitude and with a willingness to travel as required.You Will
  • Provide technical expertise within the reliability space to support/lead consultancy projects and perform RAM analysis, FMECA, RCM studies.
  • Improve the effectiveness of maintenance schedules based on risk/reliability analysis
  • Investigate causes of equipment failure/ reliability events
  • Support Asset Management Maturity Assessment
  • Involvement in development of maintenance strategy and maintenance build projects
  • Keep up to date with changes to legislation and ensure compliance with international standard and industry best practice
  • Support the development and/or implementation of data management solution, asset performance monitoring and of risk-based maintenance tools
  • Support the Business Development activities; preparation of presentations, technical articles and marketing material, support pursuit efforts, assist with development of proposals.
  • Engage with customers to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are met.
You will need
  • A relevant engineering degree
  • Relevant industry experience at as a reliability & maintenance engineer
  • Experience in performing reliability studies (i.e. RAM, FMECA, RCM)
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resilient and tenacious with a “can do” attitude
  • Fluent in English
  • The right to work in the United Kingdom without restriction
It would be great if you had
  • A desire to continue to develop at a personal level
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage at all customer levels
  • Knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems
  • Knowledge of digital tools and programming languages is considered an advantage
  • Experience in the wind sector is considered an advantage
  • Good presentation skills
