The Group Reliability Team is looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer to be part of a team implementing an Asset Management Program into our brick factories across the UK
The role entails:

  • Conducts detailed information gathering, tagging and analysis on manufacturing assets and facilities. Produces Asset register based on Ibstock conventions and populates CMMS. Gathers, interprets and identifies up to date drawings and other engineering information.
  • Facilitates Critical Analysis workshops. Populates the Asset Risk Register and helps populate the CMMS Accordingly. Assists in setting Visual Management Standards for Critical Assets
  • Facilitates Factory Self-Assessment workshops with key factory personnel. Produces updated workbook and action trackers. Conducts detailed information gathering from various sources for maintenance plans and inspection criteria and develops recommended PMs based on RCM principles.
  • Ensure all objectives set by Reliability Lead are met in a timely manner and all project-reporting points are kept suitably informed on project progress.

  • Experience in running/Facilitating maintenance improvement projects, FMECA or equivalent exercises
  • Experience in process mapping of manufacturing equipment
  • Reliability Engineering Qualification or equivalent.

Desirable

  • Training/Coaching Skills
  • Involvement in delivering systems and processes relating to maintenance Management
  • Experience of working with CMMS systems

This role requires travel to sites across the UK with overnight stays required weekly. The project duration at each site is 6 months and you will be required to be at site during this time.
