Relationship Manager (Fundraising, Marketing and Communications)

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our fundraising, marketing, and communications team at a Therapeutic Community Trust

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals dedicated to making a real difference in our local community. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to enhance our fundraising, marketing, and communications efforts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing fundraising, marketing and communications strategies that drive engagement and donations
  • Identifying and engaging with potential donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders
  • Cultivating relationships with existing donors and sponsors to increase their support
  • Developing new strategies to increase donations
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with external partners
  • Working with the fundraising, marketing, and communications teams to ensure alignment with the organisation’s overall objectives
  • Representing the organisation at events and meetings
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful execution of fundraising, marketing, and communication initiatives

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience managing relationships with donors, sponsors, and external partners. You should also understand the fundraising, marketing, and communications landscape, as well as a passion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
