Roles and Responsibilities


This role will work within the Regulatory Reporting Division, this team oversee our existing tech products as well as the creation of new, innovative solutions for asset managers.


  • Respond to and resolve client enquiries and requests.
  • Handling and analysing large amounts of data (not limited to financial data)
  • Supporting the team in our client onboarding processes
  • Liaise with external service providers.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues (e.g. lawyers, governance specialists, developers etc.) to ensure services are co-ordinated.
  • Helping to find new solutions to support new and existing reporting needs
  • Proactive monitoring of data, products and procedures to improve internal procedures for increased client satisfaction.

About You


Required skills:


  • An understanding of asset manager’s reporting needs (KIDs, KIIDs, EMT, EPT, Solvency II, Factsheets, etc).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with clients and other third parties.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • An advanced understanding of Excel and confident using other MS Office products.

Desirable skills:


  • 1yr+ experience in financial services or law firm.
  • A strong academic background
  • Some knowledge of project management systems
  • A strong interest in global financial services and investment funds law in particular
  • Interest in technology and software
