Hourly Rate:Up to £18.36 per hour

We are looking for Registered Nurses to join the team at Copperfields. The successful candidates will have the ability to demonstrate their effective communication skills to ensure that personal centred care requirements are met to the highest standard. You will also hold a valid NMC pin.

You will lead the care team during your shifts; you will make certain that we fully meet medical, physical and emotional requirements of adults in your care. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.

About the role

As an Exemplar Health Care Nurse, you’ll work with like-minded colleagues, as part of a multi-disciplinary in-house team, to provide the highest standards of nursing care for our residents. Our Nursing/Support Worker ratio is amongst some of the best in the UK.

Our approach to nursing focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled lives as possible, which means that you’ll be delivering truly person-centred and holistic care in a community-based home.

You’ll work in a close team and build good working relationships with the people you support – so you’ll be able to see the difference you make each and every day.

Copperfields is a stunning new luxury specialist centre in Leeds (LS9) that boasts beautiful designs and surroundings, it is arguably the most fabulous home in the area for 30 adults with complex needs and we are recruiting!
