Pathfinders Specialist & Complex Care provide excellent specialist care for people with complex care needs, from slow-stream rehabilitation through to end-of-life care. Our well established and highly skilled care team sees a low staff turnover and are consistently rated as good by the CQC and excellent by local authorities. Job description for Registered General Nurse:
  • You will work on a busy 12 bedded respiratory and complex conditions unit for under 65s
  • The RGN will lead a shift team of carers, a Team Leader and unit clerk and will be supported by care managers, therapy team, pharmacy technician and home management team
  • Work in a modern, well-resourced, highly equipped and multi-disciplinary environment (including physio, OT, SaLT) with an excellent reputation and close links to all major specialist units in hospitals throughout the country and all local schools of nursing Benefits:
  • Full training and competence assessment will be given * £17.00 per hour (£18 midnight to 7am) rising to £20.00 per hour (£21.00 midnight to 7am) on proof of clinical competencies
  • 7 weeks annual leave
