REGISTERED NURSE REQUIRED TO JOIN PORTHGWARA NURSING HOME, RATED OUTSTANDING BY CQC
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join to our dedicated nursing team with a passion for providing high quality care to the older person, in our small family run nursing home in a stunning location beside the sea.
Porthgwara Nursing Home is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). As a Registered Nurse you will be joining a team of highly experience and dedicated staff, where you will be able to use your skills focusing on the best outcomes for our residents
This position is to work with the Nursing team and Registered Manager in the running of the home, to provide and deliver a high standard of Nursing care, the assessment, planning and implementation and evaluation of nursing care, formulation of care plans, management of staff including supervisions and liaising with the Multi-Disciplinary Team. Good communication and organisational skills are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise your skills and gain new ones.
This permanent position is for 24 to 36 hours per week with variable shift patterns. Good rates of pay based on experience.
