Gilbert Meher have the privilege to be representing a luxury care home provider in the UK on their search for experienced registered nurses to join their expanding care team. Due to a successful commissioning phase this particular care home is now looking to recruit new nursing staff for its clinical team as they open the brand-new Nursing Unit for the home.

About You

You will be an experienced registered nurse with an emphasis on delivering quality personal care to residents.

Your approach to care will put residents at the forefront of everything you do day to day.

You take a positive and friendly approach to work, in order to spread happiness across the service for all of its residents and your colleagues.

Job Details

With the support of the provider, your will work closely with residents, their family, friends & colleagues to provide the best possible standards of care.

You will passionately promote a caring, safe & inclusive environment which will support the physical, emotional and social needs of residents.

You will create residents care plans which are personal to each residents, promoting independence and dignity.

You will be organised and structured in your approach to the handling of medication & treatment, in line with NMC and company policies.

You may have responsibility to oversee the daily running of the home, supervising your team and residents, in absence of the management team.

You will make it your duty to ensure each resident receives personal nursing care of the highest quality.

Job Requirements

  • RGN/RMN Qualified with an active NMC Pin
  • Experienced in individual care planning & using assessment tools is preferred.
  • A sound understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty and the implementation of this.
  • Previous experience of assessing client needs.
  • Proven ability in Audit management (preferred)
