Main duties of the job

The opportunity has arisen for registered nurses to join the team on ward 12 in Glan Clwyd Hospital. Ward 12 is a 24 bed mixed ward specialising in both Renal and diabetes medicine. The ward takes a proactive approach to care provision and work strongly as a team alongside the extended multidisciplinary team. There is also opportunities to work closely with the dialysis unit to enhance skills.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
