You’ll be confident in all aspects of primary care delivery - including undertaking health assessments and performing diagnostic tests – and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our service.In Spectrum, we don’t believe in ‘standing still’; we want our nurses to challenge existing practice and have the courage to innovate for the good of our patients, so that we can keep on improving.   • Working closely with our management team and key stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive primary care health service.
  • You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, undertaking physical health assessments of patients, planning care and providing a range of health treatments/interventions.
  • You will support patients to address issues that affect their own health, behaviour and social welfare
  • Manage competing priorities and react to unforeseen circumstances, incidents and emergency situations.
