You’ll be confident in all aspects of primary care delivery - including undertaking health assessments and performing diagnostic tests – and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our service.In Spectrum, we don’t believe in ‘standing still’; we want our nurses to challenge existing practice and have the courage to innovate for the good of our patients, so that we can keep on improving. In return, we’ll encourage you towards further training and help you to achieve your goals.Please note the welcome payment is payable to new candidates joining Spectrum Community Health CIC.There is also opportunity to access a relocation package of up to £8,000We aim to be flexible in matching your availability with our work patterns and the needs of the service and therefore we are also able to offer part time and flexible working options.- Working closely with our management team and key stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive primary care health service.
- You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, undertaking physical health assessments of patients, planning care and providing a range of health treatments/interventions.
- You will support patients to address issues that affect their own health, behaviour and social welfare
